Company ownership

FreightPulsar is a Pulsar Family product sold by AVIZ DATA LLC dba PULSAR TECHNOLOGY LLC, a sister company of Federal Bid Partners LLC.

Independent training

FreightPulsar is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army, ARTRANS, TEAMS, GFM, or Stripe. Government interfaces and requirements may change. Current official systems, tenders, advisories, and governing documents always control.

Training simulations

Practice screens are simulations. They do not connect to government systems, transmit bids, accept tenders, or modify carrier records. Never enter production credentials, controlled information, or sensitive shipment data into a simulation.

Membership

The membership is billed monthly through Stripe. Members retain access while the subscription is active. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown in Stripe’s hosted billing portal.

Contact information

Information submitted through the contact form is sent to the company family’s Lead Pulsar intake system for follow-up. Do not include passwords, government credentials, controlled information, or sensitive shipment data.

Privacy

FreightPulsar uses your signed-in email to match a Stripe subscription and your account identifier to save course progress. Payment-card data is collected and stored by Stripe, not FreightPulsar. Operational shipment data is not required for training.
